Sitting rooms are smart and spacious, nicely furnished with large leather sofas and communal dining areas.Every bedroom is double, securely lockable and furnished with a good-sized desk, blackout blinds and plenty of storage.
Security is paramount and at Silver Spoon we’re setting the standard in student housing with burglar alarms, CCTV, security lights, key safe storage and a personal safe in every bedroom for laptops and other valuables.

The Contract
Your AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) is a legally binding document. Please read it thoroughly before you sign. Take it away and show it to parents/guardians/guarantors, too. Once you’ve given your AST a good read all tenants will need to sign it.
Deposit
In your AST you’ll see you need to pay a security deposit to cover any damage to property. We ensure your deposit is kept safe by one of the mandatory Government-approved tenancy deposit schemes for the duration of your tenancy. Your deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your tenancy provided the house is left in the same condition you took it!
Guarantors
Every student tenant needs a ‘Guarantor’– usually a parent or guardian – to ensure adherence to the terms of your AST. Once you’ve nominated someone we’ll write to them direct enclosing all the documents you’ll need to complete.
Parents
Most students prefer to communicate with us personally, but it goes without saying we’re happy to speak direct with parents. So, if you have any questions or queries about us, our locations, our accommodation or how we work, please just give us a call.
